L.I.F.T. coaches will utilize state-of-the-art launch monitors to better support technique and precision. Then, use the swing video analysis to inform the next step and celebrate consistent changes made over time.

Build a plan with your L.I.F.T. coach focused on continued growth. This may include drills, practice planning, and the frequency of lessons, whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Ladies Night

This is the perfect fit for someone who is just getting started. The Golfer will receive instruction from a PGA of Canada coach focusing on basic movement patterns and fundamentals. This class is taught in a 6:1 golfer-to-coach ratio.

This class is perfect for the golfer with some experience. Some on-course strategies may be discussed (weather permitting), as well as refining the fundamentals and discussing more in-depth techniques. This class is taught by a PGA of Canada coach. The student-to-coach ratio is 4:1.
New to Golf

For those just starting, this clinic provides a welcoming space to learn the basics of the game. You’ll build confidence as you develop your fundamentals in a supportive, no-pressure environment. This class is taught by a PGA of Canada coach with a 6:1 student-to-coach ratio.
